A physical sanctuary

Your unhurried pause awaits

Step inside our quiet, sunlit corner in Medellín. We slow-pour single-source Antioquia micro-lots and bake ancestral Colombian pastries fresh from the oven daily, offering you a grounding space to breathe.

Daily Rituals

Unwind on our schedule

Open Daily : 8 a.m - 5pm

We do not believe in the rush of corporate coffee. Our doors open daily to offer a grounding space where you can sit, breathe, and enjoy traditional Colombian baking at your own pace.

Our ovens are warm daily from eight in the morning until five in the evening. Fresh pandebono and traditional treats emerge throughout the day, ready for your morning ritual.
