Our Origin

High-altitude Antioquia micro-lots

Grown on family-owned estates in Antioquia, our single-source beans are nurtured by clean mountain air and harvested with deep respect for the land. We roast slowly to honor the soil of their origin.

The Harvest

An unhurried ancestral craft

In the steep hills of Colombia, coffee is not a commodity—it is a slow, ancestral craft. Our beans are hand-selected at peak ripeness, ensuring only the finest cherries are picked for our daily roast.

By honoring slow, traditional methods, we preserve the distinct notes of cocoa, red berries, and stone fruit native to our estate's high-altitude volcanic soil. Every cup tells the story of its mountain origin.

The Estates

Honoring the family estates

We partner directly with small-scale growers in the Antioquia region, paying above fair-trade prices to support sustainable agricultural practices and preserve generational heritage. This direct relationship ensures that every harvest respects both the earth and the hands that harvest.
